    • Opportunities: Possibilities that help you grow, such as a new project at work or training to improve your skills.
    • Aspirations: Long-term goals and dreams, such as becoming a leader in your field or building a successful business.
    • Results: The outcome you want to achieve, such as getting a promotion, completing a marathon, or achieving financial freedom.

    Using SOAR to Improve Yourself

    • Focus on the positive: Instead of dwelling on weaknesses, SOAR helps you see your opportunities and potential.
    • Set specific goals: Link your motivation to a measurable outcome. For example, if you want to get healthy, a measurable outcome might be running 10 kilometers in 6 months.
    • Create Motivation: Use your strengths and opportunities to move forward toward your goals.

    Using SWOT + SOAR together
