However, that does not mean that every thought will create a new reality in your life. Consistency and repetition are still important factors in making those thoughts come to life.

Try to visualize in your mind what you want, whether it is a new car, acceptance, a soulmate, or money.     Recognize your desires as existing. For example, you know you want a bigger house, more expensive furniture, or a new convenience that you no longer need, but you still want. The most important thing about imagining is that you feel the joy that comes with it if those dreams come true. Gratitude is another way to connect with your subconscious mind and is the key to making your desires a reality.

    We are born to be healthy, happy, prosperous and abundant. We should realize that these are the basic laws of life, not something that comes by fate or luck. Sometimes the simplest thing we can do is focus on our health. Imagine being healthy. Encourage yourself to find a way to be healthy. Increase your energy and strength in life. Repeat it as a habit to build the belief that you are healthy. Then you will see how your subconscious mind affects your health. Moreover, your subconscious mind not only affects your health, but also your wealth, well-being and your desires for your life purpose.

    With the power of our subconscious mind, we can maintain our youth and our thirst for life for longer. It is important to realize that our time is limited. If we think of old age as the end of our life, we will feel that every day is a journey to a new level of transformation. This way of thinking will lead to a completely different outcome in life. Some people choose to live after retirement. They start new hobbies or learn new things. For some, age becomes a barrier to enjoying life. So if you realize that your life is limited, tell your subconscious mind that every day and it will tell you what to do to make the changes to get the results you want.

Our daily lives are not about what religion you follow, how often you pray or what grades you got. It is about taking control of your desires and refocusing them to create change.

Remember that obstacles are often in your head, they don’t reach your mind, so don’t let what’s in your head undermine the desires in your heart.
